  • I understand that I am signing this agreement and obtaining the release of the above listed defendant for the bond amount listed above. As such I am responsible for the following terms: The defendant appearing in court each and every time they are so ordered.
    Payment of court costs for non-appearance or if the defendant falls to follow any/all Instructions or should the court forfeit the bond.
    If it becomes necessary to apprehend and surrender the defendant to the court and all expenses incurred as a result of such forfeiture including necessary administrative fee.
    If forfeiture occurs, I give Afford-a-Bail Bail Bonds and/or Its agents the right to search any residence of mine or place of residence known to be occupied by me or for said defendant .
    If forfeiture occurs and the defendant is not surrendered within the time prescribed by law, I will pay the full amount of bond, including unpaid premium, attorney fees, and court costs, interested and investigator fees.
    If forfeiture occurs, I give Afford-A-Bail Ball Bonds the right to place a lien on my residence or any other personal or business property that I own or have financial Interest in.
    Collateral will not be returned until 7 business days after Afford-a-Bail Bait Bonds receives notice from the court verifying exoneration of the bond.
    Collateral will be returned during normal business hours. *lf defendant fails to appear for any reason the collateral may be subject to bail enforcement fees.
    Furthermore:
    I, the undersigned, do hereby agree that Afford-A-Ball Bail Bonds will act as my bail bond and as part of that agreement; they will be able to use location technologies to locate my wireless device at any time during the period of my bail.
    The Following privacy / terms and conditions are an integral part of this addendum and bond(s) is conditioned upon full compliance by the principal of all said terms and conditions and is a part of said bonds and application therefore:
    1. The Agency will use network-based location technologies to find principal solely at their discretion. 2. This addendum will service as the sole notice for the collection of location information for the principal until their bond liability is fully discharged.
    3. The Agency will only retain location data while the bail bond is actively in force.
    4. The Agency will only disclose location information to the courts as required by court order.
    5. The Agency will be the only person with access to location information for a specific principal.
    6. The principal WILL NOT have the option to OPT-OUT of location use during the period of bail.
    7. All questions relating to location capability should be directed to the Agency.
    AGENCY to call mobile telephone number when principal application is completed to ensure accuracy of the phone number. If an incorrect phone number is provided by the principal that would constitute a material false statement in the application and result in the AGENCY having the right to apprehend arrest and surrender principal.
    8, Cosigners can be held responsible for any and all unpaid balances and fees.
    9. I authorize Afford-A-Bait Bail Bonds to run periodic credit reports as long as an outstanding balance exists.

  • In the event that payments against the premium become 60 days delinquent, Afford-A-Bail Bail Bonds reserves the right to revoke bail.

  • I, we the undersigned, do hereby authorize Afford-A-Bail bonds or its agents to act as my bail agent

    You consent and agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action while using any electronic service we offer; or in accessing or making any transactions regarding any agreement, acknowledgement, consent, terms, disclosures or conditions constitutes your signature, acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. Further, you agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your electronic signature; and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your signature or resulting contract between you and Afford-A-Bail Bail Bonds. You understand and agree that your e-Signature executed in conjunction with the electronic submission of your application shall be legally binding and such transaction shall be considered authorized by you.

  • Defendant submits to surety agency’s right to investigate, apprehend, arrest and transport Defendant (including across state lines)for purposes of surrender to judicial custody.
    Defendant agrees to waive extradition and voluntarily return to the jurisdiction(s) where this case(s) originated.
    Defendant shall not leave this state during the term of this bond, unless written permission from the court(s) is obtained and a copy provided to surety agency.
    SURETY AGENCY MAY DEMAND IMMEDIATE PAYMENT FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE BOND, PLUS ACTUAL EXPENSES AND/OR CONVERT COLLATERALS PLEDGED TOWARD THIS USE, IF THE DEFENDANT FAILS TO APPEAR IN COURT: Defendant and lndemnitors shall pay, reimburse, indemnify, hold surety agency harmless from all claims, Iawsuits and expenses including but not limited to surrender of defendant, extradition, negotiation and settlement of bond claims, postage, travel (including meals and lodging) attorney fees including those incurred for defending suits brought by Third parties caused by defendant’s failure to appear and recovery efforts, telephone charges, investigation, informantor special assistance fees, brokerage and other real estate, bank, accounting, expert and collection fees trial preparation expenses, court and/or forfeiture set aside costs, penalties, judgments, execution fees, damages and liabilities to surety agency representatives or any party thereto, or any expense regarding this bond(s) undertaking.
    I/We hereby authorize all current and previous employers, labor unions, landlords, neighbors, co-inhabitants, merchants, credit reporting companies, banks, credit unions, mortgages, title, finance, private investigators, computer or credit card companies, physicians, hospitals, clinics, schools, universities, churches, utility or telephone companies (specifically for lists of incoming and outgoing telephone calls, phone numbers, names and addresses) and all governmental agencies, employment, military, natural resources, motor-vehicle, law enforcement and judicial agencies, courts and detention facilities at the Federal, State, County/Parish, City and/or Township levels and any other persons or organizations having information, documents or photographs concerning me/our and/or my immediate family with regard to credit history, property or vehicle ownership, medical, employment, health, arrest, conviction, detention or arrest records to release information about me/our and/or my immediate family to Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company and its assigns and/or duly authorized agents and representatives.
